Common sense? is Mccain serious?

Why doesn't Mccain just come out and say the truth. he could win this election easy. Obama is not very good polatician. Mccain should just say that the condition's on the ground in Iraq, thanx to the surger, are now such that we can start bringing our troop's home. possibly sooner than obama say's, but only as long as thing's keep getting better, and we keep winning. If we had done what obama wanted, there would be no way we could leave yet. and if we do what he want's in the future, we will be in alot of trouble. success is easy to define. he should make a chart of Iraq showing Iraq broke down into area's. he should then illustrate that "these are area's that are controlled by our troop's. we will slowly introduce Iraqi troop's, and if thing's stay stable, we will remove troop's to a large zone in kuwait. as the # of troop's that are in kuwait increase, we will release them to go home or go to afghanastan, remaining close by to re-enter if thing's take a turn for the worst."
