How many daughter cells are there at the end of meiosis1?

electrophoresis is a way to separate DNA/RNA or proteins, for example. Proteins can be denatured and separated based solely on their m when something like SDS is used to coat the proteins original charge. DNA/RNA can be run on the gel and they are separated solely on their size since all DNA/RNA has a negative charge.
