What does this poem mean to you?

they still have strength inside to rise up, stop crying and be whole again. Even though they feel like they might die now and be hurting they will rise again and be whole. Even though they are alone now there soul is still not broken. Crying no more. :) Very nice poem and very heartfelt in my opinion.
