Who should get a tougher sentence, KSM or Bernie Madoff?

I think Madoff should get a tougher sentence, maybe even the death penalty because of all the raping that he and his capitalist friends have done to the environment and the minorities. All these capitalists do is destroy the Earth and oppress and steal from the lower cles with their lies and government allies like Bush and Cheney. Khaleed Sheikh Mohammed, should be freed because he was mistreated by the CIA and not read his Constitutional Miranda Rights, also Khaleed Sheikh Mohammed never d the environment or stolen from the poor by using our immoral capitalist system.
