To Have scene hair, do i need extensions'?

You don't NEED extensions. Just ask for a lot of short layers, but leave the bottom one alone. You can get it cut this way, and I HIGHLY recommend getting it professionally cut and taking this picture. Your hair stylist/barber will do a MUCH better job with pictures.
