Do you think he likes me?

ok he's new at my school and when he first walked in the door he sat down. i looked back at him and he's staring at me. and everytime i did he was staring at me.... so then at the end of the day the teachers split us up on 6 different teams and they said all 1's in that corner so i started walkin and none of my friends around me were. then he caught up to me and was like us ones rock! and i didn't say anything. then hes like we rock! and i was like yep. and in line 2 kick he kept looking at me. and in the outfield. today in the only cl we have 2gether he was reading a note and when i walked in he stared at me till i sat down. and when i talk 2 the teacher and stuff he stares! And at lunch i see him glancing over but when he sees me looking at him he stops. we ride the same bus. do u think he likes me? and if he does should i ask him out? and when?
