I am stuck and I don't know what to do about a Student Loan.?

I am planning on starting college in about a month and I have been trying to get a private loan, because that is all that is left, the money the school is giving me is covering almost all of the cost, but I still need more, and I have already applied to all the scholarships possible. I have tried without a co-signer and it didn't work, but I have also tried a couple with a good co-signer and it still did not work, and I have no idea what to do now, and if I can't get the money in the next month then I can't go to school there, and it is too late to sign up for community college cles.
