Should obama get impeached for not consaulting with Congress?

Here we go again,America leading an attack against a Arabian country, Obama says this not a war but a humanitarian mission to help the people. Then he goes and says gadaffee must go? That won't happen unless we have soldiers on the ground and guess what that always leads to? Another war. Don't we have our own problems here at hone with 9% unemployment rate and rising but some how we gave the time and money to help another country with their problems. Its great that we help other countries but there's a fine between aiding a country and inforcing a no fly zone,and launching rocket bombs. once the people rise up against dictatorship then they will rebel,and besides, can we really trust those anti-gadaffee rebels?
