What is a good credit card that will except me and have high limit?

No credit cards will take me in. I want a good card that has at least 1000 dollar limit. I tried cap one they gave me 300... What can i do with 300.. I tried gm card they gave me 600.. Amex and allt he big names wont except me. does anyone know of any good companys that are nice cards with high money to start off
