1998 Plymouth Breeze 2.0L Harmonic Balancer won't come off.....help!!?

No matter what i do it wont come off. I have used a 2-jaw puller, a 3 jaw puller, a harmonic balancer puller and still nothing. i have tapped it lightly and roughly i have heated it up i have done everything i can think of. any suggestions?
