I want to add the "Flash" Halo 3 Countdown clock on my page on MySpace??

I want to place the Halo 3 Countdown clock on my page on MySpace?? How do i do that? The site the clock is on is.... www.halo3countdown.com I would like to make it my background on myspace or at the least just add it somewhere on my page. How do i do that, step by step please. Thanks!!
