Now that CA Proposition 8 has been overturned, what will conservatives attack next?

Lest we forget, oh ye quoting the 'will of the people', that was exactly what the founding fathers wrote the constitution for: to protect the few from the many. So, the judge was correct in striking this down. You see, if any of you had any history cles past high school, you would have learned that the founding fathers were almost all agnostic. They created this country as a secular state on purpose and the term "under God" was a traditional formality.
