Ok Another harry potter q's.?

Ok well with only a week away (7 days) to the release to the new harry potter book. I just wanted to ask a question. I live in melbourne,victoria,Australia. So when Saturday the 21st comes. Wouldnt we get the book before England, and Most of the rest of the world. Cause i live in the Southern Hemisphere. And also......is the new harry potter movie good.
